What I Learned
Removing the font picker cut setup time by 11 minutes — fewer choices was the feature. Writing prompts from a hiring manager's perspective turned a formatting tool into a quality coaching tool. Separating editor and preview modes doubled writing quality; counterintuitive in spec, obvious in testing.
